Last month I mentioned how helpful The Bridge is to families in all types of crises, particularly in these hard economic times. Due to hardships some people, regardless of gender or age, are choosing paths of addiction. This choice not only affects the abuser of drugs/alcohol but the family as well.

Today people are facing an ever growing population of undereducated adolescents. Perhaps not uneducated in the sense that they get bad grades But undereducated in the area of alcohol and drug abuse. The information is out there, but there seem to be a lack of alcohol abuse information educational programs that are correctly structured for the appropriate age groups.
